Hi, this is Kim Palmer, owner, of the Kennewick Perfection Tire Store. We want everyone in the Kennewick area to be happy and satisfied. It's not always possible, but no one tries harder. That's the way we think.

Experience:
Kim was born and raised in the tire and repair business, starting with BF Goodrich in 1967 and establishing the Pasco location in 1986. Shane has been working here forever and when it comes to excellent customer service, Shane is the Guy! We think we are the best at what we do. No one tries harder, that's for sure!

Hobbies:
Kim is a softball junkie and a raquetball freak. He loves coaching school sports (he currently coachs softball at Pasco High). But family is always first for Kim. Shane's hobbies include: dirtbikes and activities with his kids. Shane also makes some of the best jerky around.
